Welcome to our first Branny Blog Post.
I'm going to use this page to try to give you a bit more detail on some of the things going on at the Centre on a weekly basis. Our Facebook Page is very popular with nearly 1000 Likes but it doesn't give us the freedom to say a bit more about what we're doing. This Blog Page will hopefully do that.
I'll start by giving you a taste of some of the key things happening this week.
Halloween Week at Branchton
The Youth Club has already been busy for a few weeks now getting decorations and paintings ready. This week the Centre will put all the decorations up in time for the Youth Club Party which will be held on Wednesday 28th October from 6pm to 7.30pm. The party is open to all kids aged 5 to 11 who are members of our Youth Club. If you'd like your child to join just come along at 5.45 on any Monday or Wednesday night and fill in our Registration Form. It's free to register and attendance thereafter at the Youth Club only costs 50p per child per session.
We're also going to be opening the Centre on Halloween Night on Saturday 31st October from 5pm to 7pm. This is in response to some requests we've had to do something for kids on Halloween Night. We're also going to be working in conjunction with some local parents who want to volunteer to help us on the night to put on some more party games.
To help the party along our Bouncy Castle will be up and we've also arranged for a FREE Photo Booth to be there so you can come along and get a free photo of your child in their costume. We're also looking to get a Face Painter along too! It sounds like it's going to be a really fun night so we hope you'll pop in.
If you're a local parent who wants to help us with this please just contact us and we'll put you in touch with the group of parents who are going to help us.
Parents and Toddlers Group - Mondays 12.30pm to 2.30pm
Our new Parents and Toddlers Group is now up and running. It's open to any Parent in Inverclyde who has a Child of pre-school age. We have a good range of toys and we've recently invested over £1,300 on a range of new Soft Play Equipment.

Our new Soft Play Equipment is also available to use during our Birthday Party Packages and more details of these are given below.
We've a range of Learning Classes including finding out how to get the most out of your Computer, Tablet or Mobile Phone. We're also taking names for our next series of Let's Get Cooking Classes.
We also have a range of Exercise Classes at the Centre and more info on these are given below.
Finally we're also taking names for our FREE Food Hygiene Certificate Class which will be taking place on Wednesday 11th November. Contact us to add your name to the course.
Wednesday 4th November 2105 from 10am to 2pm
* You don't have to be from Branchton to be allowed to take part
* It's open to all dogs - both working and pets
* Puppies need to be vaccinated (1 week after 2nd injection)
* No limit on number of dogs per household
* No appointment needed, just turn up

Wednesdays - 9.30am to 10.15am - Fatburn Extreme
Thursdays - 12noon - Over 55 Chair Aerobics
Thursdays - 6pm to 7pm - Kettlebells
Fridays - 9.15am to 10.15am - Boxercise
All classes are FREE. Just turn up.
Our Birthday Party Package allows use use of the Centre so there's plenty of space for food in the Cafe and Games in the Main Hall. The price includes use of our Bouncly Castle and new Soft Play Equipment.
Price is £55 for a 2-Hour Let.
